THT adopts special bottom layer and intermediate layer protection technology, which makes the coating and titanium substrate closely combined, effectively slows down the passivation of titanium substrate, and significantly extends the service life of titanium anode.

The lifetime of our titanium anode plates depends on the field of application, the operating conditions (e.g. current density, temperature, medium concentration, etc.).
Current density recommendations vary for different coating types and application environments. For water treatment and swimming pool electrolysis 200-500A/m² is recommended. Metal plating and chlor-alkali industry recommend 500-1000A/m². For other applications and environments, please contact us directly.
