- Good electrical conductivity and acid-resistant titanium material are used. The contact part with the conductive rod uses the best red copper plate for hooks.
- It allows the current to flow freely. The titanium fixture will not overheat and break due to too small a cross-section and too high electrical resistance.
- The contact area between the titanium fixture and the parts is small, but it ensures the passage of current. The contact points do not produce local overheating, which could burn the parts or the fixture.
- For thin plates or formed parts with a thickness below 0.6mm, parts with high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, parts requiring hard anodizing, and parts that cannot be mounted with general fixtures, special fixtures should be designed and manufactured based on the shape of the parts and the areas to be anodized. This is to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency, thereby ensuring the quality of the anodized parts.


Assembling Tips
- Parts to be anodized can be mounted on either general or specialized fixtures according to their shape and size.
- Before mounting, the fixtures must be treated with alkaline corrosion or filed to remove the old oxide film from the surface.
- During mounting, parts must be clamped very securely, but without damaging them, especially threaded parts that have been machined.
- Box-shaped parts, tubular parts, and machined parts with blind holes must be oriented so that the holes and openings face upwards to allow the gases produced during anodization to escape freely. Otherwise, air pockets may form, resulting in areas without an oxide film.
- Parts made of the same material should be mounted on one fixture. It is not permitted to mount parts made of different materials on the same fixture.
- There should be a certain distance between each fixture to avoid parts colliding with each other. There must be an even greater distance between the parts and the cathode, which can be checked with an aluminum rod before electrification.
