Our 1mm titanium sheet is available in pure titanium sheet and titanium alloy sheet. All titanium sheets are completed in Baoji factory from the smelting of sponge titanium to the final titanium sheet rolling.

Our titanium sheet stock thickness covers 0.5- 100mm, 1mm titanium plate is our regular stock specification. 1mm titanium sheet can not only provide plate form with a maximum width and length of 2400mm, but can also be shipped in the form of titanium coils, flexibly meeting various application requirements.

Application
1. Due to the excellent strength-to-weight ratio, our 1mm Gr1 Gr2 titanium sheets are widely used in exhaust systems and chassis parts, which can reduce weight and improve performance.
2. Our titanium has excellent acid and alkali resistance. 1mm Gr1 Gr7 Gr12 titanium sheets are often used in chemical equipment such as titanium heat exchangers and titanium reactors. They can effectively resist corrosion and extend the service life of equipment.

Analysis of cracking causes during stamping 1mm titanium sheet
Gr1 titanium plate has high strength and toughness. 1mm titanium sheet is very thin on thickness, so it is often used for stamping. The factors that cause cracking during stamping are as follows:
1. Stamping speed:
If the stamping speed is too fast, it will cause the titanium plate to have strain concentration and plastic deformation too fast, and the risk of cracking will increase
2. Stamping pressure
If the stamping pressure is too large, it will cause the local hand to be too large, and stress concentration is easy to crack
3. Temperature
Lower temperature increases the brittleness of titanium plate and is prone to cracking. If the temperature is too high, the material is easy to soften, produce coarse grains, and also easy to crack
4. Mold design
Reasonable mold structure reduces the risk of stress concentration and cracking, and vice versa
In addition, in the stamping process, selecting and using suitable lubricants can reduce stress and temperature, and can also reduce the risk of cracking.
Our 1mm titanium sheet is cold rolled to ensure a bright surface and dimensional accuracy. For titanium plates above 3mm, we will use hot rolling.
