Production Processing
We have more than ten years of experience in titanium foil production and our titanium foil production process control is stable.
Firstly we select titanium ingots that meet the standards for smelting, and next step is process titanium ingots into thin titanium sheets according to different thickness requirements after a certain number of hot and cold rolling.
Then we perform heat treatment to improve mechanical properties, surface treatment to achieve the required finish and anti-corrosion effect, and finally cut according to order.


Quality Control
Before production, we ensure that the raw materials strictly meet the standards.
During the production process, we strictly follow the process requirements, control the number of rolling times, and use a micrometer to check the thickness and keep records at each rolling to ensure that the rolled thickness of the titanium foil is uniform.
In addition, we also check the surface for scratches, dents, and impurities during the rolling process.
For high-precision and high-performance titanium foil, we also conduct surface roughness and grain structure inspections, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to ensure a smooth surface, defect-free internal structure, and appropriate grain size and structure.

Our production adopts flat roll strip rolling, with six to twenty roll cold rolling mills. Annealing adopts continuous online protection annealing, with titanium foil slowly heated and finely annealed to make the internal mechanical properties and grain size more uniform
More About THT Titanium Foil

For rolled titanium foil, we wind it on a moisture-proof reel of the same width, depending on the width of the titanium foil. The weight of a single roll ranges from 5 to 200kg. The outer layer of the rolled titanium foil will also be wrapped with a layer of moisture-proof film paper to avoid scratches during transportation and storage. After packaging, the titanium foil will be placed in a carton or reinforced with a wooden box.
For straight titanium foil, each layer will be separated by moisture-proof film paper, and foam pads will be placed on the top and bottom to provide additional protection. In addition, the packaging box will come with a product certificate and inspection report, and the packaging will be affixed with a mark for customers to check.

For each batch, our titanium foil is accompanied by a traceable Material(Lot No. & Heat No.) Test Certificate (MTC) that meets EN10204 3.1 standards. This certificate includes the chemical composition and mechanical properties, ensuring that the titanium foil meets the intended use and grade requirements specified by our customers. Additionally, we support third-party inspections (such as SGS, UV, etc.) of both our factory and products, or we can send samples to third-party laboratories for material testing.

We can produce various titanium products, such as titanium foil, titanium plate, titanium rod, titanium tube, titanium wire, titanium anode, titanium parts, and titanium pipe fittings, titanium forgings etc.
Our annual output of titanium foil with different grades and applications can reach about 10 tons.
