Titanium Alloy Bar
THT titanium alloy bar is made of high quality titanium sponge as the base material, which is strengthened by precise addition of aluminium (Al), vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo), palladium (Pd) and other alloying elements for melting, which significantly improves the material’s tensile strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature stability. We strictly adopt the triple vacuum self-consuming arc furnace (VAR) melting process to ensure that our titanium alloy rods have ultra-low impurity content, uniform organisational structure and stable mechanical properties.

Why THT Titanium Alloy Bar
THT titanium alloy bars have super high strength, hardness in HV350-400 and excellent rigidity. We use centreless grinding machine imported from Switzerland, which greatly avoids tool loss and breakage during the grinding process, with smooth surface, roughness ≤ 0.4μm, precision can reach h7 tolerance standards, and straightness can meet international standard requirements.
Our high-precision titanium alloy rods are widely used in orthopaedic implants and other medical fields. In addition to conventional industrial titanium alloy rods being used to process titanium fasteners, titanium precision parts, etc., our titanium alloy rods in the aerospace field are often processed into aircraft parts.
Our Quality
We adopt high precision processing technology and strict production standard requirements to ensure that each titanium alloy bar is 100% free of surface cracks, zero folding defects and free of any linear defects.
All-round quality inspection system:
1. Geometric accuracy testing: dimensional tolerance, roundness control, straightness
2. Material property analysis: chemical composition test, mechanical property test, metallographic organisation test
3. Triple non-destructive testing: ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current testing, penetration testing.
Complete traceability package:
– Raw material traceability report (including furnace number and batch number)
– Records of all process parameters (temperature/pressure/time)
– Third party notarised test report (SGS/BV optional)
– Material certificate (with complete chemical composition and mechanical property data)
