Our Workshop
Firstly, it’s necessary to select appropriate bending equipment. Before bending titanium tubing, clean both the inside and outside surfaces of the tubing. Additionally, specific fixtures are required. Then, gradually heat the tubing for bending. After bending, allow the titanium tubing to cool slowly. Subsequently, conduct corresponding tests to ensure there are no defects such as cracking.
Clean the inside and outside surfaces of the titanium pipe before welding. Then select TIG welding method using titanium filler wire of the same grade as the titanium pipe for welding.
