1. Multi-size customisation
A full range of welded titanium round tube moulds, combined with one-piece extrusion technology and fully automatic welding equipment, enable flexible customisation. The external grinding and internal levelling process of the welded seam ensures a smooth and even surface, which significantly improves the strength and durability of the tubes.

2.High-precision seamless process
Imported precision piercing machines and advanced hot and cold rolling processes ensure that seamless titanium round tubes are internally smooth, have uniform wall thicknesses and stable dimensions, which are suitable for high-demand scenarios.

3. Efficient automatic straightening
Fully-automatic CNC straightening machine realises batch automatic loading and unloading, the straightening precision and efficiency is 5 times higher than that of manual work, ensuring that the straightness of the tubes reaches the requirement of high precision.

Quality Control

1. Non-destructive testing
We use ultrasonic flaw detector to carry out non-destructive testing of titanium round tubes to accurately identify internal defects and ensure that the tubes are free of cracks, pores or inclusions.

2. Flattening test
Randomly selected samples are subjected to compression test to simulate the bearing force of the pipe under high pressure and observe its deformation and anti-cracking performance. Our titanium round tubes perform well in the squash test, with no cracks and excellent bending durability, ensuring that they are not easily damaged when subjected to high loads in use.

3. Hydrostatic test
We carry out hydrostatic tests on titanium round tubes. By injecting water into the tubes and applying a test pressure higher than the working pressure, we ensure that the titanium tubes do not leak or break under high pressure, and that their safety and durability meet strict standards.
In addition, each batch of titanium round tubes is tested for chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure that they are manufactured according to the standards and titanium grades required by our customers.

Could you make special processing about titanium round tube?

Yes, we could cut certain length, bending, welding, thread processing, anodic oxidation,laser cutting and punching of holes in titanium round tubes etc.

What is your titanium round tube outer diameter tolerance?

It is based on manufacturing standard ASTM or AMS, normally between ±0.1~±0,5mm, but it depends on seamless or welded type and exact diameter.

What is your titanium round tube thickness tolerance?

Normally it is ±10% thickness

What is titanium round tube flatness?

It is within 1.5‰.

What is your titanium round tube surface?

It could be polished, pickling etc
