THT produces titanium seamless tubes with smooth surfaces and uniform wall thickness, tailored to customer requirements regarding titanium grades, size specifications (ranging from small to large diameters), standards, and applications. All our titanium seamless tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, air tightness testing, and dimensional inspection to ensure quality and reliability. What is your processing for titanium seamless tube?

  1. Material Selection: Choose titanium sponge with chemical compositions and physical properties that meet the specified titanium grade and standards requirements.
  2. Forging titanium ingots by pressing electrodes.
  3. Titanium ingots are subjected to oblique rolling perforation and extruded into titanium tube billets
  4. Repeatedly roll and stretch the titanium tube blank until it reaches the required seamless titanium tube dimension.
  5. Annealing: Perform annealing on the rolled titanium tubes to relieve residual stresses and adjust their mechanical properties and grain structure.
  6. Pickling and Cleaning: Use acid pickling solutions to remove surface oxide layers and other impurities, ensuring the titanium tube surfaces are clean and meet standard requirements.
  7. Testing:Our factory has Ultrasonic Testing,Eddy Current Testing (ET),Air Tightness Testing which could Conduct defects such as bubbles and cracks, pits,sealing and leak resistance performance,ensuring titanium tube quality and not leak during using.
  8. Cutting and Sizing: Cut titanium tubes lengths according to customer requirements, and perform final size inspection and confirmation.
  9. Final Inspection and Packaging: Conduct final inspection on finished products to ensure all technical parameters and quality standards are met, followed by appropriate packaging and labeling for transportation.

The inner packaging uses waterproof and moisture-resistant materials to protect the titanium seamless tube from moisture and impacts.
