Condition
Our titanium alloy wire is available in the following finished condition:
Annealed (M ):
Titanium alloy wire undergoes annealing at high temperatures to relieve stress and hardening from cold working processes, enhancing its ductility and processing performance. Annealed titanium alloy wire typically has lower strength and hardness, making it suitable for subsequent cold working or forming operations. It is also known as soft state titanium alloy wire.
Heat-treated (R ):
Titanium alloy wire undergoes specific heat treatment processes to achieve excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Heat-treated titanium alloy wire typically exhibits higher strength and hardness, suitable for applications requiring high strength and corrosion resistance.
Cold-worked (Y ):
Titanium alloy wire undergoes cold working processes such as drawing or rolling to increase its strength and hardness through plastic deformation, while reducing its ductility. Cold-worked titanium alloy wire has higher strength and hardness, suitable for applications that require high strength and lower ductility.
These different finished conditions meet the requirements of various applications for titanium alloy wire in terms of mechanical properties, processing performance, and corrosion resistance. Customers can choose the appropriate finished state of titanium alloy wire based on their specific application needs.

Inspection
Our titanium alloy wire undergoes the following tests before shipment:
Chemical Composition Testing:
Ensures that the alloy composition of the titanium alloy wire meets specified chemical composition standards. This involves precise measurements and analysis of the main elements and alloying elements using chemical analysis methods such as spectroscopy.
Mechanical Performance Testing:
Tests the physical properties of the titanium alloy wire, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, etc. These tests are typically conducted through tensile testing and other mechanical performance testing methods to ensure that the titanium alloy wire meets the required mechanical properties for practical applications.
Appearance Defect Inspection:
Inspects the appearance of the titanium alloy wire, including surface smoothness, cleanliness, oxidation, and other visible defects. Through visual inspection and microscopic examination, we ensure that the appearance quality of the titanium alloy wire meets the specified requirements.
Metallographic Examination:
Conducts metallographic analysis of the titanium alloy wire to understand its grain structure, phase composition, and distribution. Metallographic examination is carried out using metallographic microscopy and microstructure analysis techniques to evaluate the internal structure and material characteristics of the titanium alloy wire.
