Titanium Conductor Bar
Titanium conductor bar is different from titanium bar.
THT Titanium conductor bar mainly works as an inert conductor, typically used in conjunction with MMO ribbon anodes.
It is laid vertically to form a grid structure, with intersections spot-welded using a special welding machine. Connected to the positive cable via rod connectors.
It could effectively reduce current attenuation loss and ensures uniform current distribution throughout the cathodic protection system. Many customers recommend it as one of the most cost-effective auxiliary anode materials for cathodic protection systems.

Advantage
THT titanium conductor bar is widely used for cathodic protection in ground storage tanks, reinforced concrete structures, bridge structures, and buried steel structures. It offers the following key advantages:
- Corrosion Resistance:Suitable for use in sandy soil, coke, seawater, brackish water, and environments containing chlorine gas, oxygen, or mixed corrosive media.
- Lightweight: 100-foot length of 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) ribbon weighs just slightly over 2 pounds.
- High Ductility:Eliminate the risk of breakage common with brittle materials such as graphite and silicon iron during installation and service.
- Easy Installation:Highly formable, field-cuttable and weldable, avoiding time-consuming sawing and caulking work, which significantly reduces overall installation costs.
How We Test?
Each batch of titanium conductor bar is marked with a unique serial number for full quality traceability.
Every batch is sent to an independent third-party laboratory for chemical composition analysis in accordance with ASTM B265.
In addition, we conduct 100% full inspection on thickness, width, dimension and weight before shipment to guarantee consistent product specifications.

Titanium is an electrical conductor, but its conductivity is lower than that of copper, aluminum, and silver; however, it is suitable for use as an electrode in cathodic protection, electrolysis, and electroplating.
Pure titanium has a conductivity of approximately 3.1% IACS.
No, titanium does not stick with magnet.
Our titanium conductor bar adopts high-precision disc shears and servo-driven slitting machines, ensuring consistent cut widths and eliminating the waviness, skew, and uneven ends that can result from other cutting methods.
Our MOQ is one roll 76m.
