3. Finished surfaces exhibit a bright finish. We provide various precision machining services such as sawing, waterjet cutting, wire cutting, or turning to meet customer-specified tolerance requirements.
Quality Control
1. Implement a full-process traceability system to ensure every batch of products can be traced back to the original ingot.
2. Beyond dimensional inspection, each batch of our titanium blocks undergoes a series of rigorous tests prior to shipment, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, flatness measurement, and ultrasonic testing (UT).
