Titanium Forged Ring
THT specializes in titanium forged rings manufacturing in China “Titanium Valley”. We adopt radial and axial ring rolling mills for multi-pass precision rolling, strictly controlling deformation within 70% to ensure uniform material microstructure and stable performance.
Our closed-die forging process significantly enhances dimensional accuracy. Combined with isothermal forging technology, THT titanium forged ring could meet high-end applications such as aerospace, deep-sea oil equipment, and chemical pressure vessels with standard GB, GJB, AMS，ASTM ,ASME.

Our Production
We could produce large-diameter titanium forged rings up to 1000mm in diameter, compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and aerospace AS9100D quality system certifications.
1) THT could supply titanium forged ring standard ASTM B381, AMS 4920, AMS 4928, AMS 4931, AMS 6931, SAE AMS 4921, and MIL-T-9047
2) Multiple grades available including pure titanium Gr2, titanium alloys Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr7 (Ti-0.2Pd), and Gr12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni), with custom compositions request
3) We supply annealed, age-hardened conditions based on end-use requirements.

About Gr5(Ti-6Al-4V) Titanium Forged Ring
Gr5 Titanium forged ring is the most common type of titanium alloy forged ring. It belongs to the (α+β) type titanium alloy.
Thermal conductivity = 7.955 W/m·K, which is 1/5 that of iron and 1/10 that of aluminum.
In subsea pipeline connection systems, it serves as a flange seal. It can withstand pressures exceeding 10 MPa.
In oil and gas wellhead blowout preventers, it is fabricated into Ti6Al4V titanium sleeve rings, offering exceptional corrosion resistance to ensure safe operation at wellheads.
