2. Precision Coiling: We use advanced CNC spring coiling machines performing precise winding. Titanium wire is coiled according to preset parameters, strictly controlling inner/outer diameters, pitch, and free height to guarantee structural consistency and forming accuracy.

3. Comprehensive Performance Test: Each batch titanium springs undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection against customer drawings. A spring load testing machine accurately measures the deformation-load relationship. Before shipment, all Ti springs undergo random fatigue life test to validate durability.
