Titanium Reducer
We are a titanium pipe fittings factory dedicated to pipeline connection solutions, THT titanium reducer is widely used in different pipe diameter connection.
Our precision design of the conical transition ensures that fluid or gas in the change of diameter when the smooth transition, while maintaining a stable flow and pressure. In the case of fluid or gas flow changes, the flow rate can also be reported to maintain the same, greatly reducing the risk of leakage, simple structure of the connection, the pipeline layout is also greatly simplified.
THT Titanium Reducer
THT titanium reducer, also known as titanium nipple, is divided into titanium concentric reducer and titanium eccentric reducer. The raw materials used are high purity ASTM B338 titanium seamless tubes and ASTM B862 titanium welded tubes, and the titanium reducers are formed as seamless and welded two types. All our welding is 100% ray detected and conform to ASME/EN ISO standards.
Application
- Chemical Industry: THT titanium reducers are resistant to high temperature and pressure and are widely used in high pressure pipelines in the oil and gas industry.
- Offshore: Our titanium reducers are resistant to seawater, wet chlorine and wet metal chlorides, most used in desalination pipelines, marine ballast water systems.
- Medical & Food: THT Titanium reducers are safe for use in pharmaceutical piping or food piping connections without metal ion precipitation.
- Environmentally Friendly: THT Titanium reducer is not disturbed by chemical solutions or corrosive industrial gases and is used in flue gas desulphurisation systems, high salt wastewater treatment plants and chemical waste gas treatment plants.
