Our titanium stub ends are available in a full range of specifications from DN15 to DN600, and in addition to a wide range of titanium grades, we can also supply zirconium stub end. Titanium stub ends are often used in conjunction with titanium flanges and are particularly suited to corrosive or high pressure piping systems such as seawater, acidic and alkaline environments. Production Processing

For titanium stub ends to 4 inches in size, we use a seamless process. Cut-to-length titanium tubing is heated to relieve stress, then flared at high temperatures through a metal forming process that involves multiple grinding and pressurization operations until the ends are fully formed.

For sizes 5 inches and larger, we utilize a welding process. A titanium ring is welded to the straight titanium tube using tig welding techniques, finely ground, and finally X-rayed to ensure the quality of the welding.
