High-end Melting Technology: We adopt triple VAR melting process with ultra-high vacuum environment and pressure not higher than 1000mm Hg.
Precision Hot Rolling System: Multi-stage hot rolling process, to ensure stable material properties
Precise Heat Treatment Control: Annealing is strictly controlled at 649-816°C, specific annealing temperatures and annealing times for different thicknesses , with cooling time control, and thermal measurements are strictly in accordance with AMS2750E Class 1 .

- We could provide the 3.1 material certificate from the melted ingot with chemical analysis, executed by official authorized laboratory
- We could provide the 3.1 material certificate from the final sheets including chemical, mechanical and grainsize values, bend test acc. AMS 4901. and this certificate is executed by official authorized laborator
- Third party inspection of the sheets such as SGS, TUV etc acceptable.
