Porous titanium sheet is also called as titanium sintered filter sheet.THT porous titanium sheet is made of high purity titanium sponge powder after repeated rolling, and then sintered and annealed at high temperature to achieve the role of liquid and gas filtration.
We can customize porous titanium sheet with different pore size or porosity, thicknesses, lengths and widths, as well as mechanical processing, such as cutting, punching, chamfering, etc. on request.
Besides THT porous titanium sheet can be filtered at temperatures up to 300 ℃, and can be adapted to different acidic and alkaline environments PH2-12 for filtration and aeration.

THT Porous Titanium Sheet Application Case
Five years ago, our French customer used a variety of materials such as PVC porous plates, ceramic porous plates and glass porous plates for ozone treatment of drinking water and industrial wastewater, but the ozone absorption rate was only 65% and the service life was about 350 hours, which was not satisfactory.
After sample testing and comparison, our porous titanium sheet demonstrated its high porosity, high strength and uniform pore size distribution, excellent corrosion resistance, extended service life of 3-4 years and ozone absorption of up to 85%. Ozone is evenly distributed through our titanium porous plates and reacts chemically with the wastewater to achieve efficient disinfection, decolorization and purification.
In addition, porous titanium sheets are easy to clean and support reuse. More and more customers are also applying them to hospital wastewater, organic dye wastewater, and printing film wastewater treatment.
More About Our Porous Titanium Sheet Application
As a new energy material, THT porous titanium sheet is widely used as diffusion layer and porous transport layer (PTL) in fuel cells (PEMFC), and it excels in the field of hydrogen energy. It can be platinum coated as anode with coating thickness up to 0.5-5μm.
THT porous titanium sheet has a large specific surface area and combines the corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and excellent strength of titanium with high liquid and air permeation efficiency. Therefore, it is widely used in various filters and reverse osmosis equipment. Porous Titanium Sheet Using Tips
1. To ensure the effective service life and filtration efficiency of the porous titanium Sheet, please use it in a suitable temperature and air pressure environment.
2. When using porous titanium sheet, please wear protective equipment such as gloves, masks and protective glasses, and ensure that it is operated in a sterile environment, so that the use environment needs to be cleaned and sterilized.
3. Avoid human damage when cleaning and disassembling porous titanium sheet. Meanwhile, reverse filtration is not recommended and instantaneous pressurization is strictly prohibited; when the filtration efficiency is lower than 50%, it should be cleaned in time.
4. Avoid using strong alkali solution to clean the porous titanium electrode plate. Strong alkali will not only corrode the titanium substrate, but also may cause the coating to fall off, thus greatly shortening the service life of the porous titanium electrode plate.
First of all, the different pore sizes of each size are clearly labeled, and the size of the pore can also be observed with the naked eye.
Large aperture porous titanium sheet allow more gas and liquids to pass through, while small aperture porous titanium sheet have relatively few.
