Titanium Mesh Sheet
Titanium mesh sheet is short as titanium mesh. Different from traditional woven titanium wire mesh which is made of titanium wire, our titanium mesh sheet is made of ASTM B265 Gr1 or Gr2 titanium plate, which has better structural strength. THT offers the following types of titanium mesh sheets:
- Expanded Titanium Mesh: Unique diamond shaped mesh structure with excellent air permeability and mechanical strength.
- Stamped Titanium Mesh: Precise circular, square, triangular or other shaped hole design for excellent filtration.
Regardless of the type of titanium mesh, THT titanium mesh sheets are dimensionally accurate, have good mesh uniformity, a smooth and burr-free surface, and stable mechanical properties.

Production Processing
- Preparation of Raw Material: Strictly use ASTM B265 standard Gr1 or Gr2 titanium plate to ensure the purity of the material ≥ 99.5%.
- Mesh Drawing: Switzerland imported automatic metal drawing equipment, digital control to achieve high-precision mesh processing.
- Heat Treatment: Vacuum annealing in fully enclosed vacuum annealing furnace to eliminate internal stress and improve material properties.
- Levelling: Adopt twenty-three rolls levelling machine to level the titanium mesh length and width in both positive and negative directions, to ensure the flatness.
- Cleaning: Ultrasonic cleaning or acid washing depth cleaning, thoroughly wash off the surface of the oxide layer
Application
THT titanium mesh sheet has good durability in harsh environments such as acid and alkali at temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 550℃, and is resistant to salt water erosion, and is widely used in the following fields:
1. Industrial Filtration and Water Treatment: such as desalination systems and chemical fluid treatment equipment, etc.
2. Medical Field: cranial repair, bone repair and reconstruction surgery, etc.
