25mm Titanium Bar
25mm titanium bar is a regular stock diameter in our factory. It uses more than 99.6% high-purity and uniform particle titanium sponge as raw material to ensure the excellent performance of the titanium. During the production process, the titanium rod is pressed into a titanium ingot by electrode pressing and three welding smelting, and then pressed by a large-tonnage press. Through multiple large deformation forgings such as upsetting and drawing, the grain structure of titanium is effectively broken to ensure the high uniformity of processing performance.
During the processing, we use more than 50% rolling deformation, and through solution heat treatment, further improve the uniformity and hardness of the material’s organization to ensure its excellent mechanical properties.
All 25mm titanium rods are infrared tested, and h7, h8, and h9 tolerances are provided according to customer requirements.
In addition, titanium rods will be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and eddy current flaw detection before leaving the factory to ensure that there are no cracks and defects inside, providing you with stable quality and excellent performance products.

1. Mask machine application
