Pure Titanium Bar
THT can produce titanium alloy bar and pure titanium bar, our pure titanium bar purity could reach more than 99% , the specific titanium grade is Gr1 titanium, Gr2 titanium, Gr3 titanium, Gr4 titanium. The difference is mainly in the impurity content, with the gradual increase of impurity elements, the mechanical strength and hardness will gradually increase, but the plasticity and toughness will be reduced accordingly. With the gradual increase of impurity elements, the mechanical strength and hardness will increase, but the plasticity and toughness will decrease.
In addition to conventional pure titanium rods, we can also provide 99.9%, 99.99%, 99.999% high purity titanium rods, which are widely used in high-end industrial fields.

THT Pure Titanium Bar Manufacturing
1. Our pure titanium bars are rolled and shaped by direct briquetting of titanium sponge, eliminating the traditional production process of pressing electrodes, vacuum smelting, and billeting, which greatly reduces the cost.
2. Forging and extrusion under high temperature and high pressure, and multi-pass rolling under 970-1200℃, which improves the strength and grain size of titanium rods.
3. Mature annealing and solid solution aging treatment to further improve the mechanical properties of titanium rods.
4. Machine finishing size, our titanium rods can reach H7, h7 high precision requirements.
5. THT titanium rods have been straightened many times, so that our rods can meet the high straightness ≤ 0.05mm/m.
THT Pure Titanium Bar Inspection
We ensure that each pure titanium bar meets strict factory standards, provides a bright surface, and performs 100% diameter and length inspection.
Meanwhile, each batch of products undergoes the following full-process quality testing to ensure stable and reliable performance:
1. Chemical Composition: Testing each element content in pure titanium rods.
2. Mechanical Properties Testing: Testing the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and other mechanical properties of pure titanium rods.
3. Metallographic Analysis: Detect the metallographic organisation of pure titanium rods, grain size, phase composition.
4. Non-destructive Testing: Testing the surface without porosity, cracks, inclusions, etc.
