Titanium Billets VS Titanium Bar
1. Sizes
Our Titanium Billet is typically sized larger for subsequent machining, while Titanium Bar is the final product size, covering a wide range of sizes from small to large diameters, and can be used directly in a variety of applications.
2. Processing Stages
After Titanium Billet is forged, rolled, heat-treated, straightened, surface treated, etc， then could be processed into Titanium Bar. Besides titanium bar, titanium billet also can be made into Titanium Tube, Titanium Plate, Titanium Forgings.
3. Composition and Chemical Requirements
As an intermediate raw material, Titanium Billet requires a high degree of compositional and chemical control to ensure consistent quality of the finished product, and as an end product, Titanium Bar is re-tested for compositional and chemical properties to ensure that it meets the stringent requirements of the specific application.

Our Titanium Billet can be processed into round, square or rectangular shapes to suit different manufacturing needs. We use high purity titanium sponge, which is melted in a vacuum or inert gas environment through a vacuum self-consuming electric arc furnace to ensure the purity and consistent quality of our titanium ingots. All titanium billet undergo rigorous ultrasonic and eddy current testing to ensure that the internal microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the strict quality standards and meet the high standards of applications in various industries.
Our titanium billets are usually in annealed state with excellent machinability, which can be processed by waterjet cutting, wire cutting and other processing methods to ensure precision and cutting quality. At the same time, annealed titanium billets have better stability during cutting and subsequent processing, and are suitable for further processing into various high-precision parts.
