Titanium Threaded Rod
Titanium threaded rod is produced by thread rolling process on titanium bar. Different grades of titanium bar can be processed into corresponding grades of titanium threaded rod. These titanium thread rods are commonly used as connecting components, with their threaded design facilitating easy assembly and securing of other parts, particularly suitable for applications requiring frequent disassembly or adjustment.
THT is capable of providing titanium threaded rods in various titanium grades and standards according to customer requirements, including customization of non-standard sizes and special thread types. We use reliable titanium bar materials to ensure high-quality thread rolling processes, resulting in threaded rods with high strength and well-formed threads.

Quality Control
To control the quality of our titanium threaded rods, we strictly monitor several key stages including raw material selection, production processes, and quality inspections:
Raw Material Selection:
- We choose high-quality titanium bars that meet the required standards, ensuring their chemical composition and physical properties are up to specifications.
Production Process Control:
- Detailed production processes and operating procedures are established to ensure each step is strictly followed.
- Cutting speeds, feed rates, and cutting depths are optimally set to reduce tool wear, enhance processing efficiency, and improve thread quality.
- Appropriate cooling and lubrication are used during processing to reduce heat accumulation, preventing workpiece deformation and tool wear.
Quality Inspection:
- Comprehensive dimensional measurements are conducted to ensure the threaded rods meet design specifications.
- Visual inspections are performed to ensure the surface is free from cracks, defects, and other imperfections.
- Thread gauges and thread measuring instruments are used to check the dimensions and accuracy of the threads, ensuring they conform to standards.
- Corrosion resistance tests are conducted to evaluate the performance of the threaded rods in corrosive environments.

Yes, we could make anodized color for titanium thread rod.
Yes,you could send your specification about them.
The strength of titanium threaded rod depends on the specific titanium alloy grade and processing condition. Generally, titanium alloys have a tensile strength ranging from 600 MPa to 1100 MPa, and a yield strength ranging from 350 MPa to 1000 MPa. These values can vary based on the alloy composition, heat treatment condition, and the size and shape of the titanium threaded rod
Yes, we could customize titanium thread rod.
Yes, it is okey to test from some titanium thread rod samples.
