Why THT Titanium Welding Rod
1. THT titanium welding rod adopts three times vacuum self-consumption electric arc furnace melting, oxygen content is strictly controlled below 0.12%, chemical composition is uniform, the number of times of melting is not less than 2 times, complete online annealing production line.
2. Straightness of Straight titanium welding rod is 1m length deviation ≤1mm.
3. Smooth surface, coefficient of friction≤0.15
4. Meet AWS A5.16 standard.
5. Provide melting furnace traceability report, chemical composition and mechanical properties test report for each batch.
