- Raw Material：We solely adopt Grade 0 high-purity titanium sponge as raw stock, guaranteeing premium intrinsic material performance.
- Welding Process：Automatic TIG argon shield welding is applied. Weld strength perfectly matches base metal, free from leakage and material embrittlement.
- Vacuum Furnace Annealing:Internal stress gets fully eliminated after treatment, preventing cracking during complex bending and high-pressure working scenarios.
- Non-Destructive Testing：100% eddy current and ultrasonic inspection cover the entire pipe body, securing sound structural integrity of 4 inch titanium pipe.
- Hydrostatic Pressure Test：Each batch is conducted strictly in accordance with ASTM specifications. Our 4inch titanium pipes maintain excellent leakproof performance even under harsh extreme operating conditions.
