Titanium Pipes for Exhaust
THT has decades of experience manufacturing CP titanium pipes for high performance exhaust systems and silencers for automobiles, motorbikes and race cars.
Our titanium pipes for exhaust main advantages:
✔ Full Size Coverage: 1/2‘ to 6’ pipe sizes available to meet the needs of different vehicles.
✔ Lightweight Design: Available in ultra-thin wall thicknesses of 1.0mm or 1.2mm to dramatically reduce weight while maintaining superior strength.
✔ Excellent ductility: CP titanium tube is flexible and easy to work with, easy to bend, weld and install, suitable for complex exhaust layout.
✔ Corrosion and temperature resistance: titanium alloys are inherently corrosion resistant and stable at high temperatures for extended service life.

Application
Our titanium pipe for exhaust is resistant to high temperatures and thermal fatigue, so it is made into a key component of the exhaust system:
Manifold: Used to connect the engine to the silencer, reducing heat loss and weight while improving engine response and fuel efficiency.
Mid and Tailpipe: Made of titanium, the silencer significantly reduces the overall weight of the car while providing long-lasting durability. Titanium tailpipes greatly improve exhaust sound, resist high temperature exhaust gas washout and avoid traditional oxidation and corrosion problems.
Turbocharger Piping: Suitable for stable use at the high temperature exhaust end of the turbo, avoiding thermal deformation and performance degradation.
Why THT Titanium Pipes for Exhaust?
All THT titanium pipes for exhaust undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure that they have excellent high temperature, corrosion and lightweight properties to meet the demanding needs of high-end automobiles, motorbikes and racing cars.
Raw Material Test: Each batch of titanium pipes for exhaust would make chemical composition and mechanical properties test.
Manufacturing Process Control: During the manufacturing process, all outer diameter and wall thickness are inspected, X-ray inspection of titanium welded pipes, and eddy current detection of surface micro-cracks. Inflatable or hydraulic test to verify the sealing, avoiding any risk of leakage
Surface Treatment: Surface pickling, completely removing the oxidised skin. Polishing to improve surface finish and reduce the risk of fatigue cracks. Stress annealing to eliminate stress during bending.

Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes VS Titanium Exhaust Pipes
Corrosion: Titanium exhaust pipe resistant corrosion is better than stainless steel exhaust pipe.
Lighweight: Titanium exhaust pipe is much lighter than stainless steel exhaust pipe.
Sound: The sound from stainless steel exhaust pipe is low and loud, and the sound from titanium exhaust pipe is aggressive and brash.
Cost: Stainless steel exhaust pipe is much cost effective than titanium exhaust pipe.
It could be stainless steel pipe, steel pipe, titanium pipe, nickel alloy pipe, aluminized steel pipe, but choices based on your exact application and cost request.
