Titanium tubing coils are made from straight titanium tubes which main processing is bent and welding.Our titanium tubing coils is mainly used for heating and cooling, such as heat exchangers, condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators etc for its light weight, corrosion resistance, high strength, non-magnetic and other advantages.
Our titanium tubing coil has detachable and non-detachable two types based on fixing method.

THT Titanium Tubing Coil
THT titanium coiled tubing adopts ASTM standard seamless titanium tube, using CNC bending machine or hydraulic bending machine, to meet the needs of different diameter wall thickness and a variety of complex and high-precision bending. Our welding adopts argon arc continuous welding, the weld is solid, not easy to oxidize and leakage, the end can be connected with external wire joints or flange ports, etc. according to the demand.




Application Case
Our customers use titanium tubing coils in seawater heat exchangers as titanium exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in high salinity and harsh marine environments, and it is able to effectively resist chloride attack in seawater. In addition, titanium does not pollute the marine environment and meets environmental standards. This makes titanium tubing coils particularly suitable for seawater desalination and seawater aquaculture.
In addition, our titanium tubing coils are used in ship’s running pipes, submersibles and gas cylinders, as well as in equipment such as flat-plate heat exchangers, flat-plate condensers, cooling towers and chloride drums in chemical engineering.
Our titanium tubing coils can be disassembled, easy access and cleaning, its outer diameter could reach OD 300mm-3000mm, titanium tube diameter OD: 8-114mm wall thickness 1-6mm, titanium grades available in Gr1 titanium, Gr2 titanium, Gr7 titanium, Gr9 titanium, Gr12 titanium etc.
