Its superconducting critical temperature has been optimized and exhibits excellent superconducting performance at a liquid helium temperature of 4.2K (-268.95℃). Compared with other superconducting materials, our niobium-titanium alloy wire has significant cost advantages while ensuring excellent performance.




Production Control
1. Raw Material Preparation: We strictly select ≥99.95% niobium and ≥99.8% titanium and mix them according to precise proportions.
2. Precision Smelting Process: We use advanced vacuum arc melting (VAR) or electron beam melting (EBM)to melt in a highly clean environment. We precisely control the melting temperature, vacuum degree and cooling rate to ensure uniform and ideal microstructure.
3. Refined Processing Flow: We precisely control the processing temperature, deformation and rolling speed. Cold processing uses a multi-pass drawing process to gradually process the rod to the target diameter.
4. Customized Heat Treatment Plan: We precisely control the heat treatment temperature, time and cooling rate
5. Professional Surface Treatment: We use high-precision diamond dies for final drawing to ensure that the wire size accuracy and surface finish meet the highest standards.
