Our 6Al4V Titanium Sheet is not only easy to form, but also has excellent ductility and toughness, enabling the production of complex parts that can be superplastically moulded. With excellent strength at high temperatures and good impact resistance at low temperatures, it is widely used in aircraft fuselage components, engine compressor blades, wheel discs and ring structures. In addition, 6Al4V titanium alloy sheet has excellent strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions and possesses excellent corrosion resistance, so it is commonly used in pressure vessels, chemical processing heat exchangers, storage tanks and piping systems. The material’s processing characteristics are similar to those of austenitic stainless steel, making it easy to machine, and so it is also favoured in the manufacture of automobiles, racing boats and sports equipment.
