Ti15333 Titanium Plate Solution Treatment
Select the solution treatment temperature within the range of 760-815°C or 790-815°C. The standard treatment condition is typically 800°C ± 15°C, held for 3-30 minutes. Cooling is performed by air cooling or faster methods to ensure uniformity of the alloy microstructure.
Ti15333 Titanium Plate Ageing Treatment
Ageing temperature: 480–675°C. Ageing duration: 2–24 hours. Three ageing criteria are applied based on the desired strength grade. Temperature fluctuations must be strictly controlled within ±6°C.
