About Our Production
For different Gr12 titanium plate thicknesses, we adopt different rolling processes to ensure Ti sheet meets ASTM standard on surface quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
1. Thickness ≤ 3mm: We employ cold continuous rolling at ambient temperatures, consistently achieving a thickness of approximately 0.18mm. THT Gr12 titanium sheet delivers excellent surface finish, uniform appearance, and high-precision dimensional control.
2. Thickness > 3mm: Initial shaping occurs in the roughing mill, where material heads and tails are trimmed to ensure uniform composition. Then enters the finishing mill for precise thickness control, guaranteeing longitudinal and transverse dimensional tolerances meet specifications. Finally, Ti sheet undergoes microstructure stabilization in the cooling device before being processed by the coiler into flat titanium sheet according to customer requirements.
