Our Heat Treatment for Ti15333
We provide heat treatment processes tailored to the tensile strength and yield strength required by our customers:
1. Solution Treatment :Soften Ti15333 titanium wire and improve its ductility, and facilitates cold drawing, bending, and spring coiling, while also producing a uniform, single-phase β microstructure.
2. Age Hardening :Significantly increase the hardness and strength of Ti15333 titanium wire, effectively improving the material’s elastic limit and fatigue properties.
3. Stress-relief Annealing ：Eliminate internal stresses generated during cold drawing, bending, and spring coiling, preventing product deformation and ensuring dimensional accuracy and elastic stability.
