1. Diameter Inspection:Using high precision micrometer or laser calibrator, and every 100m to measure and record its exact diameter
2. Surface Inspection:By advanced optical equipment to ensure that there are no scratches, cracks, oxidised skin and other defects, to ensure the smooth and integrity of the surface of titanium wire.
3. Tensile test:Test tensile strength, yield strength and elongation to ensure that mechanical properties are according to ASTM or ISO standard
4. Bending Test:By bending test to test its flexibility and bending resistance.
5. Chemical composition analysis:Using spectrometer to measure each element content in pure titanium or titanium alloy .
6. Calibration of wire-winding equipment:Strictly calibrate the tension, rotational speed and row precision of the winding machine to ensure that titanium wires are arranged neatly and tightly during the winding process, avoiding problems such as crosses, entanglements, gaps, overlaps or looseness.
