MMO Mesh Anode
Our MMO mesh anode (also known as MMO grid anode) is made by high tensile ASTM B265 Gr1 titanium mesh as the substrate, coated with an iridium-tantalum mixed metal oxide layer. Our mmo mesh anode exhibits the following outstanding characteristics in various environments, including sandy soil, chloride-contaminated concrete, high-temperature saline-alkali zones, chlorine-containing atmospheres, oxygen-rich conditions, high soil resistivity and corrosive media with low pH values:

2. Each batch MMO mesh anodes undergoes Adhesion Test and Electrochemical Test in strict accordance with NACE TM0294-2016 standard before shipment, ensuring reliable product quality and stable performance.
3. Our MMO mesh anode is easy to install. In new construction projects, it can be directly connected to the steel bars within concrete or mortar. In retrofit applications, it can be directly embedded into grooves on the concrete surface, making the overall construction process simple and efficient.
ICCP System
THT can provide a complete ICCP system solution, which mainly includes our core components such as MMO mesh anodes, potentiostats, grid anodes, anode cable junction boxes, and reference electrodes.
In addition, we can also supply titanium conductor bars, which are laid in a perpendicular manner to the MMO mesh anode, and spot welded at the intersections using a dedicated welder to ensure firm connection and uniform conductivity.
The system is capable of evenly distributing protective current to the adjacent outer walls, concrete structures, or exterior wall surfaces at the bottom of the storage tank, effectively avoiding the risks of over-protection or insufficient protection, and enhancing the reliability and safety of overall anti-corrosion protection
