Why THT ASTM B265 Titanium Sheet
1.THT ASTM B265 titanium sheet utilizes innovative electron beam melting to achieve high-purity raw material purification.
2. Precision rolling ensures more uniform rolling and a dense, uniform material microstructure.
3. Hot isostatic pressing eliminates internal defects, porosity, and other flaws, significantly improving the material’s mechanical properties.
4. Ultrasonic testing ensures no risk of delamination.
Our Inspection
1. During each batch titanium plates production, we rigorously test their chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure full compliance with the ASTM B265 titanium plate standard.
2. After each rolling process, we perform thickness testing. Before shipment, the thickness, length, and width dimensions are comprehensively re-inspected.
3. We sample according to the E290 test method and conduct bending tests—bending the sample to 105° and allowing it to spring back naturally.
4. In addition, we also provide hardness testing, metallographic observation, fatigue and wear resistance testing, etc.

ASTM B265 Titanium VS ASME B265 Titanium
1. ASTM B265 is a standard published by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), primarily used for material procurement and inspection.
2. ASME B265 is a standard published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), primarily used for engineering design references of pressure vessels, piping, and other equipment.
When the thickness is ≤6mm, the bending radius must be ≥3 times the plate thickness (e.g., the minimum radius for a 3mm plate is 9mm); thick plates need to be preheated to 200℃~300℃ (according to ASME B31.3).
Yes, we could do surface heat treatment, surface nitriding, carburizing or coating treatment.
Yes, our Grade 1/Grade 2 ASTM B265 titanium sheet is mostly used for titanium anode plate.
Yes, we could provide titanium mesh as well.
We also provide medical titanium plate, aerospace titanium plate etc.
Yes, normally clients choose Grade 12 titanium plate or Grade 7 titanium plate for such usage.
Yes, we could.
