How Do You Polish Titanium Sheets?
According to different customers surface requirement, we use different grits of fibre aluminium oxide abrasive belts to polish titanium sheet:
Rough polishing: Using medium grit (P180-P320),Effectively remove surface imperfections.
Medium Polishing:Using finer grit (P400-P800) , Surface texture more delicate and even, and the overall brightness is significantly increased.
Fine Polishing: Using higher grain size(P1000 or above) , Surface brighter.
Mirror Polishing: Using polishing wheel, Can achieve half-mirror or full-mirror surface effect.

Processing Method: Pickled titanium plate through chemical pickling way to remove surface oxide skin and impurities, polished titanium sheet is through mechanical polishing such as sand belt polishing
Corrosion Resistance: Pickled titanium plate corrosion resistance function is better than polished titanium sheet, but its surface roughness is not good as polished titanium sheet.
