How to Choose Different Materials for Woven Mesh?

Working Environment & Corrosion Resistance:
Highly Corrosive Conditions (chlorine-containing wastewater, hypochlorites, seawater, acidic and alkaline solutions, wet chlorine, and strong chemical oxidizing media):Pure titanium woven mesh is the preferred choice, as its surface forms a stable passivation film, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and a long service life.
Mildly Corrosive/General Dry and Wet Environments (Clean Water, Normal Ventilation, Filtration at Ambient Temperature):Select 304 stainless steel woven mesh, which offers high cost-effectiveness and meets standard protection and filtration requirements.
Moderate Acid/Alkali and Moisture-Resistant Applications:Select 316L stainless steel woven mesh, which resists salt spray and mild corrosion, making it suitable for general outdoor and water treatment applications. -
Conductivity requirement:
If used for electrolysis, anode support, electroplating and electrochemical systems, high conductivity metal such as titanium mesh is required. Ordinary protective or filtering scenarios do not need high conductive materials.
