THT titanium anode mesh replaces traditional graphite and lead-based anode. It is manufactured by precisely coating on Gr1/Gr2 pure titanium mesh with precious metals such as mmo coating or platinum coating, resulting in mmo titanium mesh anodes or platinized titanium mesh anodes. Our Production
Our titanium anode mesh manufacturing process is strictly executed according to technical specifications:
- Annealing and Leveling Treatment
THT titanium mesh must be precisely annealled ≥ 500°C before cutting. This process completely eliminates internal stresses generated during rolling and shearing, ensuring substrate flatness deviation ≤0.1mm/m - Pickling
After annealing and flattening, 10% oxalic acid solution for 2-hour pickling process . This removes surface contaminants including oil residues, oxide scale, and metallic impurities, promoting strong adhesion between subsequent coatings and the substrate. - Sandblasting
Automated equipment controls pressure and duration to achieve 80-100 mesh grit, ensuring uniform surface roughness of Ra=1.5-3.0μm. - Multiple Coating and Sintering Cycles
After high-temperature sintering, cool naturally to room temperature before next coating . Through 17-20 repeated coating and sintering cycles, the final coating thickness meets design specifications (with tolerance controlled within ±5μm), ensuring a dense structure and uniform composition.
