- Different Coating
| Coating Type | Working Current Density | Corrosion Resistance | Applicable Wastewater | Application |
| Ir-Ta Coating | 200-500 A/m² | Excellent, resistant to strong acid, high salt and high temperature | High-concentration organic wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, landfill leachate | Industrial wastewater treatment, high-efficiency oxidation projects, large-scale electrolytic degradation systems |
| Ru-Ir Coating | 100-300 A/m² | Good, resistant to general acid-base environment, suitable for chlorine-containing systems | Municipal sewage, general industrial wastewater, low-concentration organic wastewater | Municipal sewage treatment, ordinary industrial wastewater treatment, swimming pool water disinfection |
| PbO2 Coating | 300-600 A/m² | Excellent, resistant to high salt, heavy metals and strong acid | Electroplating wastewater, high-salt wastewater, refractory organic wastewater | Electroplating wastewater treatment, high-concentration organic wastewater degradation, heavy metal removal projects |

Quality Control
- For every batch of titanium anodes, we provide an MTC (Material Test Certificate) for the titanium substrate. Meanwhile, spectrometer testing is conducted to confirm that the substrate is Grade 1 (Gr1) titanium.
- Before delivery, enhanced service life testing is carried out to ensure that the actual service life meets the expected standard.
- We also conduct coating adhesion testing and make sure titanium anode durability and stability
- Third-party testing for coating thickness, ensuring that every titanium anode delivered meets requested coating thickness
Project
Client: A municipal environmental engineering company in Thailand
Project Background: The wastewater treatment plant is designed to handle 1500m3 of electroplating wastewater per day, which contains high concentrations of heavy metals (copper, nickel, chromium) and organic pollutants, requiring strict compliance with national discharge standards and realizing resource recycling.
Product Supplied: Custom ruthenium iridium titanium anode (tailored according to the plant’s electrolytic tank size and working conditions)
Application Effect: Since the official operation in November 2024, the heavy metal removal rate reaches ≥99.9%, COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates are above 90%, and the treated water meets the Grade 1 A discharge standard and can be reused for industrial production, helping the park save 450,000m3 of water annually.

Working Principle of Titanium Anode in Wastewater Treatment
In the electrolytic wastewater treatment system, titanium anode acts as the positive electrode (anode) and undergoes oxidation reactions during the treatment process. When organic molecules in the sewage get close to titanium anode surface, the electric field of the anode affects the electrons in these organic molecules, triggering oxidation reactions. These reactions produce hydroxyl radicals—a strong oxidant—that can effectively break down various organic pollutants in the wastewater. Complex and hard-to-decompose organic substances are broken down into harmless small-molecule substances like water and carbon dioxide, making the wastewater meet discharge standards.
In addition, during the electrolysis process, titanium anode releases metal ions, which exist in the form of hydrolyzed products. These metal ions will react with the negatively charged particles in the wastewater, making these particles clump together to form flocculents. These flocculents are easy to separate from the water through sedimentation or filtration, which further improves the clarity and purity of the treated water, ensuring it meets the required discharge standards.
